Job Description
The Construction Superintendent provides leadership and coordination for all phases of commercial or residential construction projects, including coordination with subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring adherence to schedules and budget, and maintaining a safe job site. This role involves scheduling, quality control, job site safety, and training field personnel.
Requirements
- 7+ years commercial construction experience
- Familiarity with construction management and MS Office Suite
- Valid Driver’s license
- OSHA 30, First Aid, & CPR Certification
