Service Centre Supervisor, Afternoon Shift

As a Shift Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role in one of our top-performing sites, helping to shape a positive team culture while driving operational excellence. You'll be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment for your team, leading with empathy, coaching, mentoring, and developing team members, and driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, and performance.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or operations
• Passion for people leadership
• Confidence in managing performance and resolving challenges constructively
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Certificate IV or equivalent qualification
• Experience in a unionised environment is a plus, but not essential
