Job Description
We're changing lives every day. We're looking for innovative and entrepreneurial-minded individuals to join our team as Pharmacy Technicians. This role involves assisting with the practice of pharmacy, processing prescriptions, and maintaining a safe and clean pharmacy environment.
Requirements
- Reviews and complies with the Pharmacy Technician Code of Conduct
- Maintains pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock
- Maintains a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Performs duties assigned by the Pharmacist
- Reports prescription errors to the Pharmacist
- Follows all applicable government regulations
- Engages patients by offering assistance and resolving issues
- Processes claims for 3rd party reimbursement efficiently and correctly
- Maintains knowledge and skill in healthcare and pharmacy
- Performs other duties as assigned
