Requirements
- Lead a team of Care Facilitators and other front desk staff
- Supervisory tasks include setting performance goals, developing top talent, and implementing progressive improvements
- Instill ChenMed values and behaviors
- Build culture and strong engagement
- Promote team member retention
- Provide clear onboarding expectations
- Promote team member development and retention
- Consistently execute the core model and follow the Center Playbook procedures
- Adhere to enterprise scheduling templates and ensure 100% of patients are assigned and scheduled
- Support PCP scheduling by ensuring appropriate blocks are in place and double/over/under booking does not occur
- Review ENS notifications and ensure patients receive follow up from their Care Teams
- Troubleshoot Dashboard, phone, and computer issues
- Order office and other needed supplies to ensure the Center is properly inventoried, stocked and maintained
