Executive Assistant

We're a unique healthcare provider changing lives every day. We're seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executives. The ideal candidate is innovative, entrepreneurial-minded, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Researches, prioritizes and follows up on incoming issues and concerns
• Handles and approves credit card reconciliations
• Ensures all meetings, appointments, events, conferences, etc. are up-to-date
• Manages all contacts and prioritizes correspondences
• Makes all necessary arrangements for special events
• Makes all travel arrangements for supported leader(s)
• Plans, coordinates and ensures the Leader's schedule is adhered to and respected
