Mold Setup Technician

This position is for a Mold Setup Technician at Chemplast Inc., responsible for handling molds, operating equipment, troubleshooting, and maintaining the injection molding facility. The role involves assembly, material staging, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Requirements

• High School Graduated or GED
• College Degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in plastic injection molding
• Ability to read, write, comprehend instructions and follow standard procedures
• Experience with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical repairs
• Ability to operate molding machines and maintain theory of operation
• Comfortable working under pressure, lifting 50lbs, and exposed to production environment
• Wear appropriate PPE in production areas
