Requirements

• Electrical or Electronics Technician Certificate, or Electrical or Electronics Engineering Technology Diploma or equivalent experience
• Two years' hands-on experience with electronic and electrical testing, diagnostics, completing RMA or failure evaluation and reporting, working in an industrial manufacturing company or in a test lab environment
• Technical report writing experience, accurate, concise, and easy-to-understand
• Skills in identifying the root causes of problems and the ability to develop and communicate recommendations for their resolution
• Skills to quickly and constantly learn, to evaluate and test a variety of products and operate a wide variety of diagnostic, test and measurement equipment
• Ability to utilize good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with people across multiple functional areas within the company
• Ability to independently work, effectively organize, plan workload and work in a self-directed manner
• Experience with Microsoft tools (Word and Excel); Experience with documentation and workflow software preferred
