Carpenter

Join our talented technical maintenance team as a skilled Carpenter at Chelsea Piers. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues across the Chelsea Piers property. You will oversee general maintenance of the facility, coordinate with Site Operations Manager for special projects, and supervise general maintenance employees.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance or construction environments
• Valid NYS driver's license
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Certification for ladder, scissor lift, and scaffolding safety (or willingness to obtain)
• Flexible availability, including occasional holidays, weekends, and overnight work
