Job Description
The Morris Proper, a full-service restaurant in Morristown, New Jersey, seeks a Restaurant Server to create memorable experiences for guests, foster a culture of hospitality, and build strong relationships with the front-of-house and kitchen teams.
Requirements
- 1+ years of leadership experience in restaurants and hospitality
- 1+ years of experience as a server in a well-rated restaurant
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment
- Warm, inviting personality with a commitment to making guests feel at home
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Positive attitude, reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills
