Job Description
Checkr is seeking a Senior Growth Ops Analyst to support their rapidly growing small-to-medium business segment. The role involves working with Revenue and Product leadership to optimize growth, identify areas of opportunity, and drive action through data analysis and strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and focused on driving results.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Go-To-Market operations (sales/rev/biz ops) or analytics.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Comfort analyzing and visualizing data in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, and BI tools.
- Proficiency in Looker, Snowflake, Salesforce.
- Intermediate SQL experience required.
