Job Description
As a Working Student People Operations & Development, you will be responsible for various tasks in the People & Culture department, including document management, administration, data management, onboarding and offboarding, events, and people projects. You will also be working closely with various departments and contribute to shaping the future of a dynamic tech company.
Requirements
- Student in a business, HR management, or a comparable degree program
- Initial experience in People & Culture (previous knowledge of Personio is a plus)
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Independent, diligent, and discreet work
- Open, communicative, and team-oriented personality
