Job Description
Help customers run their IT infrastructure reliably, securely and efficiently. Advise customers, run workshops, troubleshoot Linux, monitoring & infrastructure issues, and create knowledge content.
Requirements
- Technical understanding (Linux, infra, monitoring etc.)
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Structured & solution-focused working style
- Good English; German is a plus
