OTC Accounting Manager

We are hiring an OTC Accounting Manager to lead financial accounting for over-the-counter (OTC) payment flows, including customer funds management and state money-transmitter (MTL) reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA strongly preferred.
• Six or more years of progressive accounting experience, including at least two years in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Solid command of OTC accounting frameworks or platform-based funds flows, including settlement, restricted cash, and customer funds accounting.
• Familiarity with state MTL compliance, restricted cash rules, and regulatory reporting cycles.
• Expertise in analyzing and validating large, complex datasets to identify discrepancies, trends, and patterns;
