Requirements

• Strong applied data science experience in modern Python stacks
• Experience building and deploying production-grade models
• Comfort working across the spectrum from quick-turn experiments to rigorous model evaluation and refinement
• Pragmatic mindset and ability to fine-tune, use off-the-shelf models, and simplify when necessary
• Curiosity, creativity, and desire to turn data into tangible, measurable impact
