Job Description
The Turnover Technician is responsible for preparing vacant residential units for marketing and leasing by performing interior painting, light repairs, and general make-ready work.
Requirements
- Perform interior painting, including walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and touch-ups
- Patch drywall, repair minor holes, cracks, and surface imperfections
- Perform light handyman repairs such as: Replacing fixtures, outlets, switches, and hardware Minor carpentry and door adjustments Cabinet and vanity repairs Caulking, sealing, and grouting as needed
- Ensure units meet make-ready standards prior to marketing and leasing
- Identify additional repair needs during turnovers and report them to management
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces within vacant units
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
- Communicate progress, completion, and any issues clearly with leadership
