The Rentals Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and overall maintenance of the properties within the portfolio.
Requirements
- Perform maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Maintain and update maintenance records.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Ensure all repairs are completed safely and in a timely manner.
- Ensure the home is clean, safe, and in good condition.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and minor construction.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections and address any hazards.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with the Leadership and other team members.
- Provide updates and reports on maintenance activities.
- Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition.
