Requirements
- Good understanding of Finance processes and terminology within the London Market or Commercial & Specialty Insurance
- Good understanding of data platforms, data transformation, and reporting ecosystems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and product outcomes
- Comfortable working in agile or iterative delivery environments
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and modern data technologies
