Job Description
Chatham Financial is seeking a Models Mission Control Associate Director to support their Derivatives Valuation Practice. The role involves developing subject matter expertise on derivatives and capital markets, assisting clients with valuation questions, and driving process improvements. This team is critical in supporting the delivery of client valuations and CVAs. The role requires a passion for improving processes and contributing to a team environment focused on continuous growth.
Requirements
- Develop knowledge of US and International capital markets and derivative instruments
- Serve as a subject matter expert for teams regarding valuations, modeling, analysis, and the capital markets
- Answer client questions related to Chatham’s pricing methodology and models
- Lead initiatives to improve operational processes and mentoring junior teammates
- Manage and administer monthly control reports for CVA's
- Understand and support third-party credit spread models
- Collaborate with development teams to support model development
