Job Description
Chatham is seeking an Associate Director of Accounting Advisory to join their Hedge Accounting Practice. The role involves advising clients on derivative strategy, structuring and execution, and providing expert guidance through US GAAP and IFRS standards. This position offers opportunities for professional development, collaboration, and client service within a growing financial risk management firm.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, economics, or finance (or interest in the related field)
- 4+ years of public accounting audit or accounting advisory experience (Big 4 designation is a plus)
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS accounting standards
- Experience with ASC 815/ASC 820 and/or IFRS 9/IFRS 13
- Strong teamwork and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
