Wieland is seeking a Maintenance & Engineering Manager to oversee the engineering, maintenance, and receiving/supply department. The role involves planning, leading, and overseeing plant operations, including project engineering, capital budget management, and ensuring equipment uptime. This is a fully-on-site position in Duncansville, PA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree within engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• CAD Package Certificate (Beneficial)
