Machinist I, Microcool

Wieland is seeking a Machinist I to process standing work orders and programs through CNC machining. The role involves fine adjustments to machine parameters, part retrieval, and adhering to quality standards. This is a fully on-site position in Pine Hall, NC.

Requirements

• Follows safe working procedures
• Manages assigned projects
• Operates lathes, milling machines, CNC based milling and cutting, and water jet cutting
• Maintains records and documentation
• Can read blueprints, work orders, and engineering plans
• Troubleshoot machine problems
• Determine appropriate metal for jobs
