SUD Group Facilitator

Charlie Health is hiring a SUD Group Facilitator to provide remote, telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in mental health, experience facilitating groups, and a passion for making a tangible impact on the mental health landscape.

Requirements

• Master's degree in mental health or related field
• Experience working with youth and young adults
• Well versed in a variety of modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus)
• Experience in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment
• Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Creative and engaging, especially over video
• Reliable WIFI connection when meeting with clients
• Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software
