Senior / Lead Product Manager, RCM

This role is for a Senior / Lead Product Manager (RCM) responsible for the end-to-end revenue cycle management, ensuring seamless billing processes and driving financial sustainability. The ideal candidate will prioritize understanding client needs and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient solutions.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of product management experience
• Proven track record of launching products that improved operational efficiency, accuracy, or financial performance
• Strong product instincts with a data-informed approach to prioritization and iteration
• Experience leading discovery, research, and experimentation cycles
• Skilled at aligning cross-functional partners and communicating clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
• Fluent in SQL and experienced with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
