Job Description
Pratham USA is seeking a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to advance the organization's mission by growing and managing a portfolio of major gift prospects. This role reports to the Director of Strategic Partnerships and focuses on cultivating, soliciting, and securing funding for major gifts, fostering donor relationships, and aligning them with Pratham’s strategic priorities. The organization operates in 21 states across India, leveraging ASER to drive education equity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4–7 years of progressive fundraising experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Excellent project management skills
