Job Description
The Arc of Opportunity is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead their organization in North Central Massachusetts. This position reports to the Board of Directors and oversees a $23M+ budget, staffing of over 280 employees, and programs funded by a variety of sources. The CEO will have significant strategic and operational authority, navigating a rapidly changing environment and fostering organizational resilience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership
- 5+ years in an executive or CEO role
- Experience navigating Massachusetts policy and regulatory environments
- Proven success in strategic planning, fiscal management, and fundraising
- Community Leadership experience
