We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Dispatch/ CSR in Brampton, Ontario. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in trucking industry and/or dispatch experience
• Educational background in Supply Chain Management (or other relevant area)
• Dedicated experience providing customer service in a similar work environment
• Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple, concurrent projects
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with freight bidding and rate negotiation processes
• Knowledge of the transportation industry and North American geography (asset)
• Good people skills and positive attitude
