Job Description
Chapman Tripp's Wellington Finance Practice is looking for an experienced Senior Solicitor or Senior Associate to join its high-performing team. The team advises on transactional and advisory issues, including project/construction finance, acquisition finance, and infrastructure funding.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years PQE
- Strong academic record
- Commercially astute and client focused
- Genuine interest in the commercial world, in particular infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and solution oriented
- Experience advising on finance law issues
