Job Description
Chaparral Medical Group is seeking passionate and team-oriented Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our fast-growing, mission-driven care team. You'll deliver high-quality, compassionate care to adult patients across a broad range of needs.
Requirements
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with current national certification
- Licensed to practice in the state of California
- 2+ years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1+ year in outpatient primary care and either 1 year in a primary care fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, patient education, and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable working in a team-based environment and adapting to a fast-paced clinic setting
