Job Description
The CAMP COUNSELOR - DAY CAMP position involves assisting in planning and supervising camp programs, providing quality care to children, and creating a safe environment for them to thrive.
Requirements
- Assist in planning, supervising, and implementing camp programs in accordance with ACA guidelines
- Provide quality care and supervision to children
- Provide a safe environment for all children to thrive
- Track attendance and ensure valid membership
- Guide behaviors using positive methods
- Assist in supervising activities and lesson plans
- Ensure HEPA standards are met
- Set up and cleanup of the program area
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster connections with children and families
