The Senior Manager FP&A will provide financial insights and guidance, identifying critical business issues and drawing meaningful conclusions. They will deliver data-driven analysis, review and validate global expenses, and aid in setting budget sales and operating profit targets.
Requirements
- Finance or Data Insights background, educated to Masters, or equivalent level
- Strong Excel and Power BI skills
- Strong finance knowledge and an understanding of financial principles, systems, processes, management reporting and commercial finance
- Ability to comprehend business issues and develop coherent & comprehensive business solutions
- Capacity to work in an international, complex and fast-paced environment, while meeting deadlines
- Exhibit high levels of motivation and a drive to actively set and influence decisions
- Strong collaboration with effective communication skills with peers and senior management, with strong presentation skills across various regions and divisions
