Requirements
- Higher education degree (Bac +5) from a Business or Engineering school
- 5-8 years of experience in product development or luxury accessories development
- In-depth knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes
- Strong fashion sense and excellent project management skills
- Leadership and proactivity
- Excellent interpersonal skills and passion for products
- Reactivity, adaptability to rapid fashion adjustments, and rigor
- Master office tools: pack office, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- English and Italian would be an asset
