We are looking for a Boutique Facilitator, Host who is passionate about providing the highest standards of service to facilitate and support the client journey in our Boutiques. This position plays a critical role in being the first client interaction, greeting clients warmly and maintaining the flow of traffic.
Requirements
- Facilitate in the seamless client experience by warmly greeting clients upon arrival and sharing relevant information regarding health and safety protocols
- Leverage tools and processes to help manage client wait times and appointments
- Assist clients by answering questions and helping facilitate a seamless experience to bridge the wait time and time in boutique
- Maintain flow of traffic to ensure adequate service levels
- Proactively communicate what the client should expect in terms of wait time, in-boutique experience, etc, setting realistic expectations with clients
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively
- Understanding of, and passion for client experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Foreign language skills are preferred but not required
- Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL
