Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Spectrum Center Schools and Programs is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their award-winning Special Education team. The SLP will provide high-quality speech therapy services to students in grades K-12. The role involves evaluating students' communication strengths and needs, designing and implementing individualized speech therapy programs, and collaborating with educational teams to enhance students' communication skills and overall development.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in speech pathology or a closely related field of study
• Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a speech language pathology (SLP) credential
• Hold currently or have the ability to obtain a valid CA state driver's license
• Ability to obtain and maintain certification in company approved crisis management (PCM) training
• Prior experience and/or highly knowledgeable in providing speech language therapy support, preferably in an education and/or behavioral health program setting
• Prior experience and/or knowledge in special education services and compliance, particularly for students with severe learning disabilities, emotional behavioral disorders, autism spectrum disorders and/or other related disabilities
