Job Description
Spectrum Center Schools and Programs is seeking an Instructional Aide to join their award-winning Special Education team. As an Instructional Aide, you'll play a vital role in shaping the success of High School students by providing personalized support, supervision, and guidance. You'll work closely with classroom educators to implement individualized instruction and behavioral interventions, helping students reach their full potential.
Requirements
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to create a supportive learning environment
- Implement individualized instruction and behavioral interventions
- Instruct and monitor students during classroom lessons
- Manage student behavior effectively
- Communicate with students, colleagues, and families regarding student needs and progress
- Maintain confidentiality of student records and information
- Participate in assurance and accreditation activities
