Job Description
The Bath Authority is looking for 1099 subcontractors for bathroom remodeling. Must have 2+ years of carpentry experience and valid driver's license. Pay is $150,000 - $300,000 per year.
Requirements
- Remodel bathroom in 1-2 days
- Adhere to The Bath Authority installation standards and procedures
- Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude with customers
- Respect customers' property and leave the work area clean
- Wear uniform on the job and observe good grooming and hygiene
- Inform customers about the functionality, care and upkeep of their new installations
- Accurately complete and submit necessary paperwork and photos
- Take inventory of installation vehicle and keep it stocked with necessary tools and job components
