Job Description
Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Tool & Die Maker I to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair dies, die components, and tooling in the production process. The role involves analyzing specifications, operating machine tools, and ensuring conformance to specifications. The company is employee-owned with an ESOP program for employee-owners.
Requirements
- Studies specifications and layout metal stock.
- Operates machine tools for machining and metal working.
- Verifies dimensions and clearances.
- Troubleshoots tooling and recommends design modifications.
