Job Description
The Director of Communications and Content will lead a team of global PR and social media specialists, writers, and agency teams, and be responsible for managing media campaigns, editing the company blog, and collaborating with senior executives and leaders in marketing and product.
Requirements
- A degree in journalism, the liberal arts, or another writing intensive program
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- 4+ years of experience in a people leadership role
- Directly managed PR agencies, ideally on a global or international scale
- Designed and run data & content-first media campaigns
- Experienced in a fast-paced environment and comfortable seizing unexpected opportunities and managing change
- Built relationships with top-tier media outlets, and regularly worked with reporters and influencers
