Performance Marketing Manager

Chain Reaction is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to develop bespoke digital strategies for clients across GCC and Levant. The role involves optimizing digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, analyzing data to improve performance, and creating compelling ad copy through A/B testing. The ideal candidate will possess strong Google Ads experience and be able to manage budgets and lead generation.

Requirements

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize high-volume digital campaigns.
• Manage advertising budgets across platforms.
• Create and test compelling PPC ad copy.
• Create detailed campaign performance reports.
• Efficiently manage advertising budgets.
• Efficiently manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, including 1 year managing a team.
• E-commerce experience is a must.
• Educational or professional background in Marketing and Advertising is a plus.
