Job Description
The Sexual Abuse and Sexual Assault Litigation Attorney at Chaffin Luhana LLP will be responsible for representing plaintiffs in complex sexual abuse cases, especially those dealing with institutional failures. The role requires a trial lawyer committed to advocating for survivors, requiring in-depth investigation, case preparation, and collaboration with experts. This is a non-traditional position focused on achieving measurable results in the pursuit of justice and support for survivors.
Requirements
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- 6+ years of litigation experience preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills with sensitivity to survivor-centered approaches
- Experience with or willingness to learn psychodrama
