Associate Project Director

CG Life is seeking a highly strategic Associate Project Director (APD) to lead and oversee complex, multi-faceted projects across a large account. This role requires strong risk management, process optimization, and resource allocation, as well as collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. The APD will act as a trusted advisor and mentor, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently on time and within scope.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in agency and/or project management at an integrated advertising agency.
• Experience working with AOR or D/AOR clients within pharma strongly preferred.
• Multi-channel marketing expertise, including media planning and execution.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects, integrated campaigns, and large-scale product launches.
• Highly collaborative and solution-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
