CF Industries is seeking a Chief Process Engineer to lead the Process Engineering group at the Woodward Complex. The role involves promoting engineering best practices, supporting stakeholder needs, and fostering professional development within the team.

Requirements

• Lead and manage the Process Engineering team
• Promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and sustainability
• Ensure routine monitoring of operating KPIs
• Oversee technical evaluations of catalyst and equipment performance
• Provide technical oversight on capital projects
• Ensure timely resolution of action items from PHAs, audits, and Operating Standards
• Identify and develop improvement projects
• Maintain open communication with site leadership
• Develop engineering talent
