Account Specialist

The Account Specialist role is a key part of the sales team, responsible for managing contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with good organization and problem-solving skills, able to learn and navigate computer systems and CF software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Well-developed communication skills for internal and external relations
• Good organization, administrative, and task management skills
• Strong problem resolution and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to learn and navigate computer systems, SAP, and proprietary CF software
