Job Description
The Wealth Management Specialist will be responsible for the initial engagement of a subset of advisors in the Growth Team region, providing support to team members and ensuring effective communication of value-added programs and roadmaps. This role requires a hybrid approach, with 2 days a week spent in the office, and is primarily targeted towards the St. Paul & St. Cloud, MN area, with consideration for the Dallas, TX area.
Requirements
- Establish the subset advisor’s relationship with the Sales Enablement team.
- Follow up on growth plans and roadmaps progress.
- Curate value line driver focused one-to-many webinars.
- Provide post-engagement support to Wealth Management Consultants & Regional Growth Team Leader.
