Job Description
CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in continuous quality improvement activities, AS9100 or ISO9001 Quality Management Systems compliance, and Lean Six Sigma. The role involves leading process improvement workshops, mentoring lean practitioners, and developing Value Stream Mapping.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, engineering or related degree preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years relevant work experience
- Experience with continuous quality improvement activities in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with AS9100 or ISO9001 Quality Management Systems compliance
- Demonstrated history of leading Kaizen events
- Strong digital, written, and verbal communication skills
