Operations Executive (CIFM)

We are a leading security services organisation looking for an Operations Executive to enhance work procedures and service quality.

Requirements

• Diploma in Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in operations supervision, preferably in cleaning services, facilities management, or similar industries
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to monitor schedules and ensure timely delivery
• Possess and demonstrates key customer service skills such as clear communication, positive attitude, pro-activeness, courtesy, helpfulness, speed and accuracy
