Job Description
CertifyOS is building the infrastructure for provider data products, aiming to improve efficiency, accessibility, and innovation in healthcare. They are seeking a Senior Security and Compliance Analyst to drive security initiatives, manage risk assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires a strong background in security governance and a commitment to fostering a meritocratic work environment.
Requirements
- Perform risk assessments, vendor due diligence, and control gap analysis.
- Support internal and external audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR, CCPA).
- Maintain evidence repositories and ensure timely submission for audits.
- Monitor and report on compliance posture to management.
- Conduct security awareness training for employees.
- Drive third-party risk management activities.
