Job Description
This contract role involves managing and monitoring Collection and Recovery performance to achieve targets. The Team Leader will provide reports, coaching, and support to field collectors, manage consumer payments, and communicate target achievements to supervisors. The company provides assistance to declining collectors.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking / leasing and/or multifinance
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good leadership, honesty, loyalty, and ability to work with targets
- Ability to work in a team
- Familiarity with field collection for unsecured loans
- Good competencies in field collection
- Must have a car and a SIM C (SIM A preferred)
