Production Technician $20/hour

The Production Technician is responsible for operating various production equipment, including mixers, mixers, and floor operations. They ensure product quality, accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations and food safety standards. The role requires strong operational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to protocols.

Requirements

• Competent operation of equipment and execution of all aspects of Mixing, Bagging, and Floor Operations
• Responsible for completing all paperwork in an accurate manner
• Following all written instructions and formulas
• Compliance with all safety regulations, food safety procedures, and use of PPE
• Ability to lift 50 Lbs. repeatedly
• Ability to ascend and descend steps
• Ability to push and pull 100 Lbs. several times
• Read and understand ideas in writing
