Support Engineer

The support engineer will be customer facing and part of the 1st response team to any IT issues raised by workers. The role requires technical, proactive and customer focussed individual who is solution-orientated and works well as part of a global team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 - 3 years' experience working in global technical support role.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., M365, Azure, MS Teams) or equivalent experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills including following cases end-to-end and following up on issues unprompted.
• Consummate attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, pro-active team player attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.
