Farm Operations Supervisor

Century Group is a family-owned, real estate development and property management company with a mission to curate places people love. The Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the coordination and execution of all field-related activities at Southlands, including supporting crop management programs, supervising field crews, operating and maintaining farm equipment, and ensuring compliance with food safety and organic certification standards.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a medium- to large-scale farming operation
• 2 years of supervisory experience in agriculture or a related field
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate farm machinery and vehicles (manual transmission required)
• Class 5 driver’s license (or ability to obtain)
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written; Punjabi and/or Spanish are considered assets
• Competence in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets etc.), and related documentation and communication tools
